  • Room/type: Living room.
  • Items are photographed in studio conditions and the appearance of the actual items may vary from that shown.
  • Furniture care: Wood: Frequently dust exposed surfaces with a clean, damp natural cloth. Dry the surface with another clean, dry cloth. Infrequently polish your furniture (a few times a year at most) with a non-silicon-based furniture polish made by a reputable manufacturer, taking care to follow the instructions. Bear in mind that one manufacturer鈥檚 furniture care products should never be used in combination with another. Product formulations are unique to each manufacturer and are made to blend with another, so using different polishes may cause build-up that can appear cloudy or dull over time, and/or feel sticky to the touch. Always polish or dust with a motion that follows the grain of the wood to avoid scratching the surface, and allow the polish to dry completely before replacing any objects on the surface. Brass artworks are hand cast in our own foundry, using age-old techniques. Occasional application of an inert wax that does not contain a cleansing agent will preserve the patina of the metal. Avoid using abrasive cloths or polishes that may damage the surface.

Neighbors keep asking where it came from, and it is easy to see why because the surface and base create a nice contrast without feeling busy. It looks perfect in our entryway with a lamp, a tray, and a few books on top. The finish is smooth and the proportions are very well balanced. Putting it together was easier than expected and the final result feels very stable.

Unpacking it showed how carefully everything had been protected; the piece looks substantial without appearing visually heavy. We placed it behind the sofa and the proportions are spot on. Assembly took a little longer than the instructions suggested, but nothing was difficult. The details are clean and it looks much more refined in person. It has the high-end look I wanted without feeling fussy.

Legs make the strongest impression; the piece anchors the area without making it feel crowded. It gave our hallway the finished look it was missing. The finish is smooth and the proportions are very well balanced. It has a reassuring weight and feels built to last. The look is timeless and I can see us enjoying it for years.
