What payment methods are accepted?

Do I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs regulations and guidelines. Please contact your local customs office for more information. In the rare event that import duties or taxes are levied, the customer is responsible for their payment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations or changes can be made once the order is prepared for shipment.

1. Does OwnKoti ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world, with the exception of the following, due to shipping restrictions. We regret this and are continuing to work on it.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(This excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)
Processing time: 28-42 business days
Standard shipping time: 28-42 business days
Express shipping time: 6-8 business days
Note: For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take longer than one month due to transportation and customs issues.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the relevant information. You can then track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.
4. What happens if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your package 60 days after shipment, please contact us at sales@ownkoti.de. We will either send you a new package or issue a full refund.
