Does OwnKoti ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world, except for the following countries due to shipping restrictions. We regret this and are continuing to work on it.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(Does not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the relevant information. You can then track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.
4. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your package 60 days after shipment, please contact us at sales@ownkoti.de. We will either send you a new one or issue a full refund.
5. Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order, as well as your shipping and billing details.
6. Processing
Once your order has been confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipment. Items marked „Ship in 24 hours“ are in stock and will be shipped the next business day. Other items may have a processing time of 28-42 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, some items may have a longer processing time due to low product availability. In such cases, you will be notified of the delay via email.

8. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your items have left our warehouse. Details of the items included in the shipment, as well as a tracking number, will be included in the email.
To track your package, simply click on the provided link. Please note that it can sometimes take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the shipment status, and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be split into different packages, which will be shipped on different days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.
9. Delivery Day
On the day your package is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a text message notification informing you that your delivery is on its way.
10. Do I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further information. In the rare event that import duties or taxes are levied, the customer is responsible for their payment.
11. Undelivered Shipment
If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your delivery driver to arrange redelivery.
