Refund policy

Returns

If the items you purchased do not meet your expectations, including defective, damaged, or not-as-described products, you can return them for a refund. Please attach photos of the received item to your email when contacting our service team to initiate a return. This will help us improve our service and process your return request as quickly as possible.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return the items. You can request a return by contacting us at sales@ownkoti.de. Upon receipt of the returned item, sales@ownkoti.de will issue a refund to the customer’s account.

Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return requirements:

1. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. The return address is the address provided in the customer service email: sales@ownkoti.de.

3. Please include your name, phone number, address, and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

4. Additional non-refundable items: Gift cards

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delayed or Pending Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at sales@ownkoti.de.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
