The rectangular Martine Dining Table, inspired by the mid-century style, is beautifully shaped in solid cherry, with radiused edges and corners softening its look and feel. Rounded legs have a sweeping saber contour ending in cast metal feet, and the base features a center stretcher with a half-lap joint. While the base is fixed, the top opens and expands from 84 to 104 inches with the insertion of one 20-inch leaf.

Calm but still easy to live with, the piece ensures that the room felt calmer once the piece was centered. The design works well for both daily meals and guests. The natural grain keeps the piece from looking mass produced. The top has enough weight to feel substantial without appearing bulky. The surface has handled regular family use well so far.

Dylan Miller

Solid for regular meals, the piece also ensures that the style complemented the rest of the room without matching it exactly. The proportions make it easy to live with. The wood tone is warm and easy to coordinate with other furniture. The top has enough weight to feel substantial without appearing bulky. It is attractive, useful, and easy to live with.

Durable once assembled, it gives the room confidence because the visible grain gives the piece a natural, lived-in character. The design works well for both daily meals and guests. The wood tone is warm and easy to coordinate with other furniture. It feels stable and thoughtfully made.
