The Austin desk has a split personality-the flowing lines of the reclaimed chamcha wood that make up the top and side are rough-and-ready while the acrylic leg is sleek and studied. Combining the patina of the stone finish with smooth surfaces and clean lines with asymmetrical ones brings this wood desk a tension that will make a serious design statement in any space. In the age in which many of us are working from home, it makes sense to treat ourselves to a personable workspace helpmate. We offer the home-office desk in several design styles, each of which reflects the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.

Packaging really protected the corners and finish very well. Day to day, it provides a comfortable, useful work surface, and the office looks much more polished. The quality is easy to appreciate in person.

Easily, I like the refined finish; it gives the room a more finished look. There is natural variation in the grain, and that gives it more character. Overall, I am still very pleased with it.
