Laid-back sophistication with enduring design succinctly describes the Thayer Lounge Chair. With its curved seat, sloped arms, and sculptural legs, Thayer strikes a quiet elegance in its Italian fabric upholstery. Sitting atop front legs in solid ash wood, and supported at back with a glossy steel base that rises up along the chair back to create a eye-catching silhouette.

Potlucks made the comfort and proportions easy to appreciate. The slim side profile feels smooth and polished, and the seat stays comfortable through a full meal. The quality is easy to appreciate in person.

Fit feels carefully considered rather than decorative. The silhouette is distinctive without being difficult to coordinate with the rest of the room. I would gladly choose it again.
