The guarantee will not apply if our lights have been installed where air-conditioning or ventilation ducts may focus air onto the fixture as this will damage the veneer finish. The guarantee does not apply to light bulbs that may or may not have been supplied at the time of purchase or after the sale., According to European law, products made by Luziferlamps S.L. are guaranteed for 24 months. This guarantee will not apply if our product鈥檚 installation, maintenance, or use has not followed our recommendations. Since wood is a natural material, a gradual change in tone may occur over time. Furthermore, if the lamps have been purchased at different times, there will be differences in colour and tone, particularly in light coloured veneers. Luziferlamps S.L. will not be held responsible for this. Damages caused by insects, vermin, accidents, alterations, tampering, misuse, reasonable wear and tear or negligence are not covered by the guarantee. Moisture and extreme temperature changes are prejudicial to the materials that make up your lamp

- Dim 0-10V: All integrated LED lights come installed with 0-10V dimming drivers in them. Whether you want dimming control or not depends on the way you wire the lamp. If you have a 3 wire non-dimming installation you must follow the non-dimming wiring instructions. If you have a 5 wire dimming installation then you must follow the dimming wiring instructions. See the instruction sheet that comes with your lamp.
