Mechanism operates cleanly and the controls are easy to reach from a seated position. It feels sturdy in normal use and has stayed quiet while rolling and turning. It has been a worthwhile upgrade for the office.

Midday, the chair still feels supportive and does not need constant repositioning. The smooth rotation makes the chair practical even in a tighter office layout. A small amount of setup was needed to get the tilt tension where I wanted it.

Materials have a substantial feel that makes the chair look and sit more expensive. The seat is comfortable for several hours and the back provides dependable support.
