All Hinkley lighting products are warranted against defects in materials and craft, subject to certain conditions and exclusions, for a period of two years from the date the product was shipped to the original end-use purchaser and unless otherwise noted below. The provisions of this limited warranty do not cover the following costs, expenses, and damages: labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs as the removal and reinstallation of Product, or which, based on Hinkley's examination, do not disclose to Hinkley鈥檚 satisfaction non-conformance to the warranty.
