To ancient Mediterranean peoples, laurel stood for victory, distinction and merit. The Greeks and Romans wove them into crowns and gave them as honors to heroes, athletes, or great poets. The laurel wreath became one of the most enduring design motifs of all time, and inspired Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting Crystal Laurel Collection of decorative lighting. Stylized crystal leaves with boldly cut facets reflect light in delicate patterns, and the hand-wrought metal forms are finished in antiqued warm silver leaf or gold leaf. Inside a casual kitchen island, this pendant light added a nice finishing touch. The warm finish makes the room feel more inviting, and the scale worked well and did not overpower the space. This was exactly the kind of update we needed.

Compared with our old newer entry area fixture, this pendant light feels like an upgrade. The sparkle feels elegant without being too much. Really pleased with how it turned out.

For the white reading corner, this pendant light gave us exactly the look we wanted. We wanted something that would look nice in daily use, not just in photos. The sparkle feels elegant without being too much, and the photos were helpful, but it looks nicer in person. I would recommend it for a similar space.
