Originally conceived for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Stadium, this is a powerful ring of light that ennobles the public space. Its conceptual precursor can be found in the large wrought iron chandeliers with sequentially repeated light fittings common in medieval castles and cathedrals. A tubular structure forms the frame, the visible sides of which are composed of sections of glass pav茅.

Impressive after installation, it brings subtle highlights and a polished presence to the kitchen island. It has a pleasing balance of detail and simplicity that works with the rest of the room. The finish survived shipping perfectly and required only a quick wipe before installation. Installation was straightforward once the height was decided. It gives off enough light for the whole area without creating harsh glare. It has received compliments from nearly everyone who has seen it.

Scale-fit felt convincing once the bulbs are on, especially through subtle highlights. The finish looks consistent, and the overall construction feels dependable. Everything arrived well protected, and the visible parts were free of scratches. It has received compliments from nearly everyone who has seen it.
