Wilkes 123'' W Solid Wood Console Table

Polish is one of the strongest aspects, and the piece feels sturdy, well proportioned, and thoughtfully finished. It fills the long wall in our foyer beautifully and finally makes the space feel finished. The wood is a touch darker than it appeared on my screen, but the color is still beautiful. The grain is beautiful and the finish feels warm without looking orange. It is a keeper and I am very glad I ordered it.

Features caught my attention right away; the clean profile adds polish while keeping the space open. The generous width is perfect behind our sectional and gives us plenty of styling space. The natural variation gives it character and keeps it from looking mass produced. The size gives it a lot of presence and it feels very stable once positioned.

Selecting this design paid off. What stands out now is that the overall effect is refined but not at all fussy. The scale is substantial and looks balanced on a wide living room wall. Assembly took a little longer than the instructions suggested, but nothing was difficult. The wood has a solid, substantial feel and the finish is very well done. It makes the whole room feel more finished.
