The Yoroi table is inspired by the ancient armour of the samurai. The central base, with vertical grooves and wooden inserts, has a strong presence, contrasting the simplicity of the oval top. Because of these characteristics and the selected finishes, Yoroi expresses the perfect balance between historicity and contemporary spirit.

Presence quietly adds to the sense of quality, while the finish brought a welcome sense of warmth to the room. The expandable design is genuinely useful for guests. It transitions from everyday meals to larger gatherings with very little effort. Assembly was manageable with two people and the parts lined up correctly. The finish is slightly less glossy than the photos suggested, which I actually prefer.

Support was the first thing we noticed, and the result looked considered rather than overly decorated. The extension feature works smoothly when company comes. Opening it for guests is straightforward, and the additional space is genuinely useful. The design is simple but not boring.
