90" round flame mahogany dining table. A 1.5" thick flame mahogany tabletop with an outswept Duncan Phyfe pedestal and turned column.   This tabletop is heavy, and it sits on an overbuilt pedestal with steel-reinforced, outswept saber legs, terminating in solid brass-capped feet and levelers. This custom design offers homeowners extraordinary "floor to table" clearance; therefore, the table has generous room for armchairs and taller guests.  The table has a NATURAL finish, which is a clear lacquer topcoat, and the mahogany's natural colors exhibit amber, orange, reddish browns, and darker brown tannins.  The flame mahogany tabletop has a fine black and white inlay.

Honestly, nothing about the final arrangement felt forced; the piece looked more substantial than it did online. The rich finish has a classic, collected look. The pedestal feels stable and keeps the floor area visually uncluttered. The deeper wood tone gives the room a classic, grounded feeling. The scale is substantial, so measuring the walkway carefully is important.

Rim quietly adds to the sense of quality, while the space became easier to move through and use. The rich finish has a classic, collected look. The base looks sculptural from every side of the room. The center base leaves plenty of legroom and makes chair placement easier. The finished result has been worth it.
